Lots of fun this Saturday! Water Play Area Grand Opening, and Neighborhood Potluck
We have two fun events coming up this Saturday, June 15th! Water Play Area Grand Opening. Thanks to the generous support of the Quincy and Estine Foundation, the Ronan Park Playground will have its long-awaited water play area. Join us at 11am for the grand opening of this great new feature. Fun and refreshments for the whole family! Later that day, join us at 4pm for a Neighborhood Meet & Greet Potluck. Fox & Juliette Street Fire Victims Fund
Update: The Friends of Ronan Park / Meeting House Hill Civic Association fund drive for the Fox & Juliette fire victims has ended. We are no longer accepting donations for this drive. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide each family with funds to help them through this difficult transition. If you would still like to make a donation, please do so through Red Cross of Boston, or through Salvation Army of Boston. Both organizations were involved in the relief effort for the displaced families, and would greatly appreciate your tax-deductible donation. Thanks very much for your generosity and concern for our neighbors!

Boston Shines Ronan Park Cleanup: Saturday April 27th, 2013
| Join your neighbors for the annual Boston Shines Ronan Park Cleanup and Neighborhood Barbecue. We will provide t-shirts, gloves, and tools for cleaning and beautifying the park.
Each volunteer will receive a free raffle ticket for a brand new iPod Shuffle!
Saturday, April 27th
10am-12:30pm: Park Cleanup
12:30pm: Raffle and Refreshments.

Dog Recreation Space Volunteer Day Saturday October 27th
| Meet at St. Peters Teen Center at 9:30am or at the Dog Recreation Space Linden St. entrance at 10:00am this Saturday, Oct. 27th. We have a number of volunteers from Suffolk Law coming for a community volunteer project but could use some local help and input! We will do some light cleanup, redistribute the gravel, check the installations and fencing, and discuss ideas about how to improve usage, maintenance, and funding of the DRS.
